NV Extra Seléction Brut, Trouillard, Epernay
A crisp aperitif style wine with a light fruit balance. This is an excellent blend (45% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay) made better by the well controlled acidity. Lightly amber-coloured with fine bubbles, the nose is rather full bodied with a light mixture of white fruits. There is a dominating taste of hazelnuts and grilled almonds. This is a classically delicate Brut with an agreeable freshness. The wine retains its sparkle very well after opening though it always seems that bottles are finished rather quickly.

Price:£ 20.00/75cl bottle... sold in cases of 12 @ £240.00 a case Qty:
Cuvée Elexium, Trouillard, Epernay
This special cuvée really is something of an elixir! OK, perhaps it won't actually prolong life but the world will appear to be a far finer place whilst you're drinking this fine tipple. A blend that shows off the strength of Pinot Noir in combination with the elegance of Chardonnay. A pale gold colour. A rich fruit driven nose that continues with soft scents of toast. Refined, light, lively, elegantand nicely persistent.

Price:£ 22.20/75cl bottle... sold in cases of 12 @ £266.40 a case Qty:
Rosé Cuvée Elexium, Trouillard, Epernay
Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Maison Trouillard vineyard. This champagne has a beautiful tender pink colour and light, fine bubbles. There are complex red fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate it is powerful, round and developed.

1998 Blanc de Blancs, Trouillard, Epernay
Champagne Trouillard is a mid-ranked house in terms of production size. It was founded by Lucian Trouillard in 1896. Bertrand Trouillard, his grandson and the current the winemaker, is related to the owners of Beaumet, Oudinot and Jeanmaire. His vintage Blanc de Blancs has the classic green-gold colour of Chardonnay with fine persistent bubbles. Fine, floral, bread aromas abound whilst the taste is light and lively with a refined fruitiness. Seven years on from the vintage it is drinking perfectly.

Price:£ 27.40/75cl bottle... sold in cases of 12 @ £328.80/case Qty:
NV Brut Premier, Louis Roederer, Reims
Made from a blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier the Brut Premier is further refined by the use of reserve wine that has been aged for at least 5 years in large oak casks in the Roederer cellars. The Brut Premier is aged for at least 4 years and as a result has a rich, creamy character with wonderful balance. The reserve wine is evident in the complexity on the nose and roundness on the palate, making this a superb non-vintage wine.

Price:£ 32.60/75cl bottle... sold in cases of 6 @ £195.60/case Qty:
