The English owners of this château have rather fallen out with the Bordelaise authorities who have refused them the AOC and accuse them of mot making typically medium-dry, medium bodied, medium everything wine. We are delighted to agree that they do not! This is a clean, fresh, full-bodied rosé made by using the free-run juices from the châteaus red wine production. Strongly fruity and dangerously 'more-ish'. Totally unfussy, but extremely well put together.
