A modern style Bordeaux Blanc that is fresh and easy to appreciate. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is a pleasing pale straw colour. The nose is quite pronounced - a mixture of mown grass and tropical fruit aromas. The taste is similarly full flavoured and immediate with stone fruit, mandarin and mango flavours to the fore. The flavours linger delightfully giving way to a gooseberry finish. Very fine.
