While the Sauvignon Blanc characteristics dominate with touches of honeysuckle and ruby red grapefruit. Sémillion rounds it all off with a lovely, creamy peach finish. The oak aging of the Assemblage White wine marries the abundant honeysuckle and figgy Sémillion flavours with crisp grassy Saivignon Blanc. Clever stuff make no mistake.
